Job Announcement (Urgent)

S.I GROUP is looking for qualified candidates to fill the positions of HR/Admin Manager, Sale Executive, Receptionist, Technical Support and Admin/Account base in Phnom Penh and province.

1. HR/Admin Manager (base in Phnom Penh)

Job Description

Reporting to General Manager

- Update and develop HR policies, ensuring compliance and to contribute the development of operation HR policies.
- To ensure timely recruitment of required level/qualify of management staff, and files of all employees.
- Develop HR business plan and budget forecast.
- Maintain and develop HR systems and processes to address the effective management of people in relation to the following in order to competitive advantage for: Performance management, Staff induction, Reward and recognition, Staff Retention, Management development/career, Development succession planning, Benefit Programs.
- Motivation climate in the organization and key employee identification initiatives including adequate opportunities for career growth.
- Prepares letter of appointment/Contract/Confirmation/Renewal of contract for employee.
- Manage on attendance records.
- Prepare Monthly Payroll.
- Provide counsel and assistance to employees at all level in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation.
- Employees Motivation.
- Manager on HR jobs to comply with Ministry of Vocational Training.
- Recruitment and Training
- Other related.

Jobs Requirement

- Master Degree in Business Administration, Hunan Resource Management or related other fields.
- Male or Female.
- 35-40 years old.
- 4-5years experiences in Human Resource Management (IT & Telecom industry is a plus)
- Understanding of Labor Law of Cambodia.
- High responsibility and honest, fit and healthy.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Be able to make the right quick decision, Initiation and creativity.
- Good at obstacle resolution and coordinate all staffs and workers in Company and others.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent understanding in English or other is advance.
- Understand about Business Center operation is advantage.
- Good Communication.

2. Sale Executive ISP (base in Phnom Penh)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish contact with potential customers proactively.
• Maintain contact with new and existing customers.
• Respond to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
• Responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target and market share
• Identify, manage and secure existing and new account and continue to maintain a high level of sales achievement
• Timely submission of relevant sales and marketing report.
• Conduct boardroom presentation to provide better understanding to customer on the products capabilities and its cost-effectiveness (part of training to understand the company’s products)
• Conduct canvassing and cold-calls to increase effective working prospects
• Update the sales report daily

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Studies, Business Administration or Sales Marketing
• Degree with 2 years in sales and marketing related field.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in related industry
• Knowledge in sales and or IT/connectivity sales
• Self-motivated and hardworking
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skills
• Result driven with constant desire to earn high income
• Able to communicate technical issues and effective presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and flexible to work with minimum supervision.
• Dynamic, hardworking and positive attitude.
• Provide own transport
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in local language, and possible, 2nd languages in English, Chinese, French, Japanese, Korea will be advantage.

3. Receptionist (base in Phnom Penh)

Responsibilities:

• Mail In out Management
• Arrange Meeting
• Assist in call Interview
• Check all CV with JD and pass to Head Dept for make interview
• Post job announcement
• Answering for Telephone in and out
• Reception all coming guests
• Other related in tasks

Requirements:

• University Students is preferred.
• Good at speaking and motivating.
• Pleasant, friendly, work hard with commitment.
• Good in English both writing and speaking.
• Computer Skill Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and E-mail.

4. Technical and Admin/Account (base in province)

Locations:
• Pursat, Kampong Speu, Takoe, Kampong Chhnang ( Technical 3 and Admin/Account 3)
• Kampong Cham, Svay Reng, Prey Veng, Bavet ( Technical 3)

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Management, Banking and Finance, Accounting or related other fields.
• Excellent understanding in English or other is advance.
• Dynamic, hardworking and positive attitude.
• Can be work in groups.
• Good Communication.
• Have Experience.
• Self-motivated and flexible to work.
• Preferred Man.
